PICMG: PCI Industrial Computing Manufacturers Group
PICMG (PCI Industrial Computer Manufacturers Group) is a consortium of over 600 companies who collaboratively develop open specifications for high performance telecommunications and embedded computing applications. The members of the consortium have a long history of developing leading edge products for these industries. PICMG specifications include CompactPCI® for Eurocard, rackmount applications and PCI/ISA for passive backplane, standard format cards.
PCI-SIG
Formed in 1992, the PCI-SIG is the industry organization chartered to develop and manage the PCI standard. With over 850 members, the PCI-SIG effectively places ownership and management of the PCI specifications in the hands of the developer community. A Board of Directors comprised of nine people, each elected by the membership, leads the PCI-SIG.
BSI
DTI began operating as an ISO 9001 registered company in 1996. As such, all aspects of product design, manufacture, sales, and service are fully documented by the quality management system. Adherence to the guidelines set forth by ISO 9001 ensures that DTI is continually reviewing its processes and looking for ways to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction. DTI's commitment to continual improvement has been further solidified by its seamless transition to ISO 9001:2008.
IEEE
The IEEE has advanced the theory and application of electrotechnology and allied sciences, served asa catalyst for technological innovation and supported the needs of its members through a wide variety of programs and services. The goal of the organization is to advance global prosperity by fostering technological innovation, enabling members' careers and promoting community worldwide. The IEEE promotes the engineering process of creating, developing, integrating, sharing, and applying knowledge about electro and information technologies and sciences for the benefit of humanity and the profession.
