Diversified Technology, Inc. Introduces New President |

Ridgeland, Mississippi - December 15, 2009 - Diversified Technology, Inc. (DTI) announces today the implementation of a re-organization plan to focus on its current Military and Commercial embedded computing and power generating product offerings. This new alignment of DTI’s operations includes small changes that will help the company strengthen its strategic goals while maintaining a smooth transition in leadership. |

Effective today, DTI’s Board of Directors has appointed Ken Martin, Jr. to the position of President succeeding A. Patrick Busby. Mr. Busby will remain on the Board of Directors for DTI, while focusing more time in his role as CFO of parent company, Ergon, Inc. |

| |
“We are very pleased that Ken Martin has accepted the position as President of Diversified Technology, Inc.,” commented Mr. Busby. “After careful review we have concluded that he was the best candidate to provide the vision and leadership that will be so critical for DTI in the years to come.” |

Mr. Martin joined Diversified Technology, Inc. in 1988 and has served as the company’s CFO. Prior to his time at DTI, Mr. Martin practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with several local public accounting firms. |

Mr. Martin commented, “Having been with DTI for over two decades, I‘ve seen the great technology our people can bring to the marketplace. While the economy is down, I know now is the ideal time to re-focus all of our efforts and expand on current product offerings with new and better technologies for our customers.” |

Additionally, DTI has promoted Keith Varner to Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Varner has been in charge of the Federal Solutions Group at Diversified Technology, Inc. since 2006. In his new position he will see an increased role in the development of all DTI offerings which include Embedded Computing products based on COTS specifications, mobile On-Board Vehicle Power, Wind Power Convertors, and SFRT Antennas. |
